This adorable little bear worked beautifully for the Mojo Monday 329 Sketch which I coupled with Dynamic Duos color challenge of Pool Party and Pink Pirouette. I was in the mood to “quilt” this evening; so, I made a “baby blanket” to serve as the background for Baby Bear. I used a ¾” punch to punch my squares, then snipped each square diagonally and pieced the triangles together to form the quilt. For the quilt’s finishing touch, I ran it through the Big Shot using a Darice circle EF. I masked Baby Bear in order to stamp the dotted background; then, I ran the top of the card through the big shot to add a polka dot texture for a complimentary background. Using the blender pen allowed me to accomplish the necessary shading, while staying true to only using Pink Pirouette and a skin color marker. I just love the personality of Baby Bear and hope that he brings a smile to your day!
