PPA 194: Love and Sympathy and Too Kind

I’ve noticed on Pinterest a desire for simple sympathy cards; so, I thought I’d use this week’s Pals Paper Arts challenge to create that – a quick and easy, yet striking, sympathy card.  For the image I inked my D acrylic block with Smoky  Slate and stamped it lightly onto my Whisper White.  I then stamped the flowers from Too Kind using Wisteria Wonder as the base color and Night of Navy as the accent.  A few highlights with a white gel pen added  extra dimension to the flowers.   To add a bit more interest to the card, I angled the image rather than mounting it straight onto the matte.
