PP 192: HEDGEHOG HAPPINESS AND DISTRESSED DOTS

Paper Players challenge this week is for a CAS card that features washi tape.  Originally I used Gingham Garden washi tape on a square and then cut the starburst background out of that square.  But, the washi tape seemed to compete with the image.  So after much deliberation, I discarded that piece and decided to use my Distressed Dots background, inked with Daffodil Delight and Old Olive to create a springtime background.  The single strip of washi tape serves as a divider line between the sunshine and grassy areas. A few mini pearls on the water colored image and my CAS card was complete!

  2. Aww, what cute little hedgehogs! I love them! I also love how you used the washi tape to seperate the two backgrounds. Thanks so much for joining us this week at The Paper Players, Stacey!
